Manufacturing steps
- Leather cutting - the different panels of the bag are cut by hand, taking into account the natural characteristics of the leather.
- Slice dying - the raw leather slices are all colored by hand, which is a particularly long and meticulous process.
- Accessories - metal parts, zips, clasps are installed on current products.
- Assembly - manual assembly and machine stitching.
- Finishing - the final touch where the smallest details are inspected by the expert eye of the craftsmen.
- Packing - bags are lined with tissue paper and carefully packed in cotton bags. They are ready to ship.
